Ross Mrazek is a Senior Manager at CIBC with over 10 years of international experience in providing growth financing and advisory services to innovative companies in the media and technology sectors. Leading the CIBC’s entertainment financing practice, Mrazek has responsibility for sourcing, underwriting and managing the CIBC’s entertainment industries clients throughout Canada and the US. This includes providing senior and subordinated debt, corporate finance and interim production financing for film and television production. Mrazek has expertise in a variety of financing structures, including participation with banking syndicates, government and public agency incentives, broadcast licensing and distribution guarantees as well as international co-productions. Mrazek holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management and a BA from UBC.
