John Morayniss is Principal of Blueprint Entertainment, a television production company he formed in 2002 with partner Noreen Halpern. Blueprint Entertainment engages in the development, production, financing, packaging and exploitation of a mix of dramatic and reality programming for the North American and international marketplace. Prior to starting Blueprint, Morayniss was head of television for Alliance Atlantis where he oversaw a development and production slate covering series, movies and mini-series as well as Alliance Atlantis' AAC Kids brand and Slater Street's comedy brand. Projects that came into fruition while Morayniss was head of television at Alliance Atlantis include CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (for CBS), The Judy Garland Story: Me and My Shadows (for ABC), Invincible (for TBS, which he executive produced) and Riverworld (for Sci-fi Channel, which he executive produced).
