| David Borg, entertainment entrepreneur, has over 20 years of experience as a key financier in the electronics and entertainment industries. Borg regularly specializes in financing movie projects and private stock offerings. Mr. Borg has previously produced seven feature films, and founded a movie distribution company, Telco, and two independent film production companies.
David’s career in the motion picture industry began over twenty years ago, upon his graduation from Canada’s highly regarded National Institute of Broadcasting. He worked from 1996-1998 as a production executive at Alpine Pictures, Inc. Upon his departure, David joined TAG Entertainment, where he functioned as a production executive in connection with TAG-produced feature films, including, the highest rated T.V. movie for Animal Planet Television, The Retrievers, as well as Miracle Dogs starring Robert Hays, Mel Harris, Betty White, Robert Wagner and Alana Austin. David was also involved in other TAG feature projects, including Dumb Luck starring Scott Baio, Hal Linden, Tracy Nelson and Richard Moll, No Place Like Home starring Judge Reinhold, Joanna Pacula, Bruce Wietz and Alana Austin and most recently David was the co-executive producer on both Hansel and Gretel starring Lynn Redgrave, Howie Mandel, Delta Burke, Taylor Momsen, Alana Austin and Dakota Fanning. He is also the co-executive producer of the recently completed Red Riding Hood starring ‘N Sync’s Joey Fatone and Lainie Kazan, who had previously starred in My Big Fat Greek Wedding. David is also an executive producer of the recently released Century Fox feature film, Super Cross The Movie. David is also an executive producer of the soon to be released Popstar, starring Aaron Carter and soon to be released theatrically by New Line Cinema.
From his headquarters in Vancouver, David is focused on co-productions with TAG Entertainment and in promoting and establishing international co-production relationships with a goal of maximizing production value. His base in Vancouver ideally situates him to take full advantage of all the various and sundry co-production synergies between the USA and Canada.
David has recently formed Enriching Entertainment, LLC, to continue pursuit of what he believes to be the successful proven Hollywood formula series of children's classic films made for the entire family.
