Cancelled Screening Policy

If you have purchased a ticket to a screening that has now been cancelled, you may:

1. Take the ticket to another screening of the same film (some limitations may apply).

2. Use the ticket to see the film replacing the cancelled one.

3. Take the ticket to an Advance Outlet and exchange it for any available ticket of less or equal value. (This is a straight exchange. No money will be refunded in the case of a difference in price.)

4. If there is NOTHING else you would like to see, you take the ticket to an Advance Outlet by OCTOBER 13 and exchange it for a refund.
