2004 Sponsorship Opportunities

Upon receipt of funds, the Vancouver International Film Festival will issue a charitable tax receipt to the sponsor. The Trade Forum is produced by the Vancouver International Film Festival.

Supporting Sponsor - $2,500

A Supporting Sponsor will receive the following benefits:

• A corporate pass to the Trade Forum that includes access to all regularly scheduled Trade Forum seminars (value $275) and a complimentary Full Series pass to the Vancouver International Film Festival (value $275).

• Invitations to Trade Forum social events as well as invitations to the Vancouver International Film Festival's Opening and Anniversary Galas.

• Your company logo on our trade forum marketing brochure. This brochure is distributed via industry organizations throughout western Canada and in national and regional trade papers.

• Recognition of your sponsorship at the Vancouver International Film Festival and Trade Forum press conference.

• Your company logo prominently displayed on signage placed in each Trade Forum seminar room and in selected public areas on site.

Contributing Sponsor - $4,000

The benefits of a Supporting Sponsor plus these upgrades and additions:

• Two corporate passes to the Trade Forum (value $550) and two complimentary Full Series passes to the Vancouver International Film Festival (value $550)

• A 15% discount on ads placed in the Trade Forum program.

Senior Sponsor - $7,000

The benefits of a Contributing Sponsor plus these upgrades and additions:

• Three corporate passes to the Trade Forum (value $825) and six complimentary Full Series passes to the Vancouver International Film Festival (value $825).

• Recognition as a sponsor of a Trade Forum session. Special mention of your sponsorship will be made in the official program and also at the session.

• Invitations to the Vancouver International Film Festival's Closing Gala.

• A complimentary 1/4 page b/w ad in the Trade Forum program (value $300).

• Inclusion of your company's promotional materials in participant information kits.

Partner Sponsor - $12,000

The benefits of a Senior Sponsor plus these upgrades and additions:

• An invitation to participate on the Trade Forum Advisory Committee. This committee ensures that the goals of the Trade Forum are met and that the event increases its profile and standing within the industry.

• Six corporate passes to the Trade Forum (value $1,650) and six complimentary Full Series passes to the Vancouver International Film Festival (value $1,650).

• A complimentary full page b/w ad in the Trade Forum program (value $1,000)
