Cancelled Screening Policy
If you have purchased a ticket to a screening that has now been cancelled, you may:
- Take the ticket to another screening of the same film (some limitations may apply).
- Use the ticket to see the film replacing the cancelled one.
- Take the ticket to an Advance Outlet and exchange it for any available ticket of less or equal value. (This is a straight exchange. No money will be refunded in the case of a difference in price.)
- If there is NOTHING else you would like to see, you take the ticket to an Advance Outlet by 7:00pm OCTOBER 11 and exchange it for a refund.
