Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase. The VIFF does not issue refunds or exchanges for passes purchased in error.

Please do not call the Box Office if you have issues with online pass purchase unless you have read this page and your problem is not addressed here.

IMPORTANT: VISA is the Official Credit-Card of The Vancouver International Film Festival and is the only card we accept for credit-card purchases. You must bring the card used in this purchase to pick up your order. Second party charges are not permitted.

You will be required to show your membership card at each screening you attend. A membership ($2) will automatically be added to your order. (For VIP and Benefctor Passes, a complimentary membership is issued.) Click here to read more about the VIFF membership.
