PASS PRICES

Passes are only available at VIFF Advance Box Offices, including viff.org.

A generous allotment of seats are reserved for passholders at every screening. While a pass (with the exception of the two "Platinum" options) does not guarantee seating, passes offer flexibility, front-of-the line access, freedom to move between screenings, and potentially the greatest savings of all. Passholders are allowed priority entry until the passholder seat allotment is reached. All passes are strictly non-transferable and photo ID may be required.

Platinum Plus Pass - $2,500
This top-tier pass provides concierge service and guaranteed seating to all festival, gala and media screenings via immediate entry (no waiting in line) to a special RESERVED SECTION area in each auditorium. Individual seats may be reserved via concierge service with 24-hour advance notice. Also includes a ticket for a guest to one gala screening & party of your choice, program catalogue, VIFF T-shirt & poster, and an invitation for the passholder and guest to a special festival reception. Limited supply!

Platinum Pass - $850
Provides guaranteed seating to all festival and media screenings (excluding galas) via immediate entry (no waiting in line) to a special RESERVED SECTION area in each auditorium. Limited supply!

Forum & Festival Pass - $850
Admits valid passholder to all Forum programs (excluding New Filmmakers Day), provides two tickets to the opening, anniversary or closing gala screening and party, and allows access to all festival screenings including media screenings. A $1,075 value!

Festival Pass - $400
Admits valid passholder to all festival and media screenings, excluding gala screenings.

Visa Premium Pass - $350
You must use your Visa Gold, Visa Platinum ® or Visa Infinite ® card to purchase this pass. Admits valid passholder to all media screenings and to the Visa reserved seating section at all festival screenings (excluding gala screenings) up to 20 minutes before show time . Limited supply! Includes program catalogue and VIFF T-shirt.

Senior and Student Pass - $300
Available to full-time students and seniors 65-years-old and over. Admits valid passholder to all Festival and Media Screenings excluding gala screenings. Must present valid ID to purchase or pick-up.

Daytime Pass - $250
Admits valid passholder to all matinee screenings (before 6 pm), excluding media and gala screenings.

Weekday Matinee Pass - $150
Admits valid passholder to all Monday-to-Friday matinee screenings (before 6 pm), excluding media and gala screenings.
