Bought a 20- or 30-Ticket Package and didn't use all your vouchers? We're extending the deadline on using any remaining Ticket Package vouchers until DECEMBER 31, 2008! Exchange them in person at the Vancity Theatre during box office hours. This offer applies ONLY to VIFF Ticket Package vouchers. Not valid for online advance sales, special events or rental events. Advance Ticket Packs
The following discount packages offer savings and advance tickets guarantee seating.

Restrictions: Limit of 2 tickets per film. You must specify the films you wish to see at time of purchase, and purchase must be made by at least 7:00 p.m. the day before your first intended film. For the 20 & 30 ticket-pack purchaser, up to 10 tickets may be left "unchosen." Unchosen films will only be issued as vouchers which must be redeemed in person at the advance box office or at the door, subject to seat availability. Visa Screening Room Package
10 vouchers for $90
Purchaser will receive 10 vouchers that can be exchanged on the day of the screening at the Visa Screening Room @ at the Empire Granville 7 Cinemas. Passes are numbered and there is a two-coupon-per-pass-per-screening limit. The vouchers are valid for any screening at the Visa Screening Room, including Special Presentations, but excluding Gala Screenings.

Student Advance Ticket Package
5 films for $40.00 - Limit of 1 ticket per film. Must present valid ID to purchase or pick-up. Not available online - visit a Visa Advance Outlet or call the Visa Charge-by-Phone line at 604-685-8297.

Admission to VIFF screenings (unless specifically noted) is limited to those over 18 years of age holding a valid VIFF membership card ($2.00). Please see info on "Annual Membership Fee".

ADVANCE TICKET DISCOUNT PACKAGES offer savings and are best if you want to attend many films and are able to decide on most of your titles ahead of time. The more you buy, the better the deal. Advance tickets guarantee seating.

The 2008 Visa Advance Box Office is open noon-7pm at the Vancouver International Film Centre for Visa sales. A second Visa Advance Outlet is now open at the Empire Granville 7 Cinemas. Gala packages are also available for puchase at the Visa Charge-by-Phone line (604) 685-8297.

The 2008 Visa Advance Box Office will open at the Vancity Theatre on Saturday, September 6 at noon for Visa sales. Cash sales begin at noon on Saturday, September 13. Starting opening day, September 25, a second Visa Advance Outlet will open at the Empire Granville 7 Cinemas. Tickets are also available for puchase at the Visa Charge-by-Phone line (604) 685-8297 or online.

There will be a $2.50 service charge per "Will Call" order.

Please note: No refunds or exchanges can be given, except in the case of a program cancellation or under the following circumstance: Exchanges can be made for a $2.50 handling charge per ticket up to 7:00 pm the day before a ticket-holder’s first screeninin person. Exchanges can be only made at an Advance Ticket Outlet.

Important: In the event of a refund, you will be required to show your ticket stub.

Please note that you must present your Visa card and membership card each time you pick up an order at the "Will Call" station. Second-party Visa orders are not permitted.
